- Provides strategic advice and specialist consulting across compliance, quality assurance, and risk management for the Australian VET and higher education sectors.
- Advises across the full lifecycle of RTO and higher education provider registration, renewal, and regulatory review, aligned to the Standards for RTOs 2025, ASQA requirements, and TEQSA standards.
- Designs, reviews, and implements compliance documentation, governance frameworks, quality management systems, risk registers, policies, procedures, and assessment systems.
- Leads risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategy, and delivers professional development and capacity-building for boards, management teams, trainers, and assessors.
- Supports clients preparing for ASQA audits and registration renewals, and contributes to sector thought leadership and compliance publications.
