Senior Principal Consultant

Career Calling International, CAQA & Australian Higher Education Group

  • Provides strategic advice and specialist consulting across compliance, quality assurance, and risk management for the Australian VET and higher education sectors.
  • Advises across the full lifecycle of RTO and higher education provider registration, renewal, and regulatory review, aligned to the Standards for RTOs 2025, ASQA requirements, and TEQSA standards.
  • Designs, reviews, and implements compliance documentation, governance frameworks, quality management systems, risk registers, policies, procedures, and assessment systems.
  • Leads risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategy, and delivers professional development and capacity-building for boards, management teams, trainers, and assessors.
  • Supports clients preparing for ASQA audits and registration renewals, and contributes to sector thought leadership and compliance publications.

Senior Drama Teacher

  • Developed and implemented drama education and assessment instruments from Years 5 through 12, including ATAR Drama and a composite Year 11 and 12 class on alternate assessment sequences.
  • Planned and delivered units across multiple year levels and theatrical styles, accounting for modified and NCCD students, and implemented new texts in line with curriculum priorities.

  • Directed and stage-managed whole-school productions and awards evenings, including the sold-out Fairytale Fusions, the first profitable production in the school's history.
  • Created, coordinated, and delivered an original senior production, We Will Not Forget, for the WWI centenary, and the drama component of the biennial College Arts Festival.
  • Developed, pitched, and established the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office Performing Arts Festival (inaugural 2023), coordinating logistics, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Managed annual drama budgets, rehearsal schedules, and risk assessments for large-scale events, and delivered inclusive programmes and modified assessments for diverse cohorts.

International Marketing Manager & Student Advisor

  • Managed compliance processes and student support services for an international student community of more than 100, and trained and developed five administrative staff.
  • Increased customer retention by 87.3% across consecutive semesters and coordinated annual graduations for up to 500 students.
